We started the ISO certification process in 1997, regularly renewing it and we now have ISO 9001:2015 certification.
This international standard enables continuous improvement thanks to the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act), and it guarantees a better service and reliability to our domestic and international customers.
Cartés's Quality Department is responsible for managing the certification and internal audits, but all of the company's departments are geared towards the continuous improvement of quality and process efficiency. The highly trained and motivated teams are aided by the technology necessary to maintain a specific quality policy that ensures high satisfaction rates among customers, the number one objective of Cartés.

Our product range are tested to assure the best quality and fix to international standards. Most important certifications and the properties tested are:
• ISO 4548/1: Oil filters flow resistance
• ISO 4020: Fuel filters water-separation efficiency
• ISO 19438: Fuel filters filtration efficiency relating to particles counting and contaminant retention capacity.
